The day my blood told me the truth.

I was exhausted. The kind of tiredness that sleep does not fix. So, I ordered a home blood test kit.

First attempt. I nearly collapsed. Not enough blood. Sample rejected.

Second attempt. I came back determined.

But the blood would not come. Thick. Sticky. Slow. I moved from finger to finger. Forcing. Bruising. Angry.

And in that moment, I got clarity – blood IS life.

I am tired of living my life this way.

Not just the blood draw. My whole life. Always forcing. Always giving everything to everyone until there was nothing left for me.

Something shifted.

I looked at my hand and felt love. For this life. My one and only precious life. For the woman holding the needle who had forgotten to put herself first.

I took the last pin. Index finger.

The blood poured. Freely. Like it had been waiting.

It did not want to stop.

My body was not broken. My body was telling the truth the whole time.

The moment I chose myself – everything flowed.

That was the day I stopped asking why I was tired.

From that day. I guide others to the same moment.

Not the moment of fixing. The moment of choosing.

The Moment Everything Changed

I took three months away from everything I had known. No forcing. No performing. No giving myself away.

I followed what started unfolding – Portugal, long slow days, new air, new eyes. I met artists, creators, visionaries. And I discovered something I had not expected: when I finally saw myself clearly, I could see others with a clarity I had never experienced before.

I met Anderson. A man carrying a vision so large he could not yet hold it alone. I saw him — not who he was performing, but who he actually was. The King in him.

I named it. He felt it immediately. He trusted me. He asked me to keep working with him. In that moment I understood what my gift actually was.

Not fixing. Not coaching. Seeing.

I had spent years giving everything to everyone, invisible to myself. The moment I chose myself, the world began to see me – not the old version, exhausted and forcing, but the real one. A creator. A woman with a vision of her own.

My life was never the same.

Now I guide others to that same moment.

The moment of choosing. The moment of seeing.

When I place my hands on your body I receive.

Images. Words. Stories. The body speaks a language that touch understands. What has been held for years – sometimes decades – begins to move.

Then we speak. And what arrived through my hands, lands in your reality. Piece by piece. Not because I tell you what to think. Because your own recognition does the work.

Shadow and light are always dancing simultaneously. What shifts the experience is not removing the darkness. It is where you place your focus. Your body has been telling you the truth your entire life.

My training is my own exploration to find the way to BE

With myself. In a loving, caring way.

I knew there was another way to live. Not in struggle, suffering and pain. But love, joy and peace – attainable. And simple.

I qualified as a reflexologist at the London School of Reflexology in 2011

In 2019, I trained in Zone Face Lift therapy, supporting facial relaxation.

In 2022, I completed Body Control Pilates teacher training and qualified in Spiral Stabilisation, deepening my expertise in spinal health and nervous system support.

Since 2025, I have been studying Zenthai Shiatsu and Nervous System Restorative Bodywork, further enhancing my ability to support physical and emotional release through hands-on therapy and assisted movement.

What makes my work unlike anything else in the field of wellbeing is the convergence of a few rare disciplines – luxury, service, seeing, presence, and touch. I have worked within high-end hospitality for over 8 years, I assisted a wedding photographer on high-end weddings across the UK for 3 years – present on the most important day of people's lives, learning the art of truly seeing a person and reflecting their essence back to them – and I have worked in a health clinic directly with highly stressed, high-achieving clients in London for over 15 years.

These are not separate credentials – they are threads of the same work. The space, the sensory environment, the beauty and quality, the physical touch, the depth of presence – every element is intentional. Every element serves the transformation.
