My role is to guide you from ongoing overwhelm and exhaustion into a state of rest, renewal, and equilibrium, allowing your nervous system to recover and your body to restore itself naturally.

The touch is light, rhythmic, and intentional – applied through your clothes on a massage table. It works through the skin and nervous system rather than the muscles, using faster responsive movement to encourage your nervous system to soften and open, dissolving the patterns that have kept you defended and closed. A single session will give your body a deep experience of peace and stability. Ten sessions allow the body to fully restore itself to its natural, stress-free state – opening you, layer by layer, to receive more of what life has been trying to give you all along.

Your feet contain a precise map of your entire body. Through intentional reflexology, I work that map with full presence – not mechanically, but listening and responding to exactly what your body is communicating in that moment.
As tension releases through the reflex points, something deeper becomes available. The emotional patterns your body has been storing begin to surface. What has been stuck, moves. What has been unclear, sharpens.
This is where the bodywork becomes insight. As your body opens, I reflect what is arriving – the truth your nervous system has been holding that your mind could not access alone. Through NeuroTouch and reflexology, your body is guided through two movements within the same session. First, you are held – your nervous system softens, your body opens, the armouring dissolves. Then you arrive. Fully. Perhaps for the first time.

The I Am Ceremony for Two is a private, sacred 2-hour experience offered individually to each partner — supporting you to arrive at the altar as the fullest version of yourself.
Held in a beautiful hotel where you will be staying overnight. A space that already holds beauty, life, and intention.
What the ceremony includes:
You prepare the flowers, the venue, the photographer. This offering allows you to prepare yourself internally. That is the feeling that stays with you forever.
